Selling soon?

A show-ready exterior, without the scramble.

Listing Ready is a thoughtful exterior preparation plan built around your photography date, your property, and the move ahead.

A calmer way to prepare

Selling already has enough moving parts.

Packing up a life, making decisions, coordinating with an agent, and planning what comes next can consume every bit of attention.

Keep takes responsibility for the exterior presentation plan so you do not have to diagnose every surface, hire several providers, or wonder whether the property will be ready when the camera arrives.

The visible difference

Let the photographs tell a better story.

The goal is not to make the home look unfamiliar. It is to remove distractions so its care, character, and strongest features are easier to see.

Before

Weathered details compete for attention.

After

The home feels clear, cared for, and ready to be seen.

Replace these paired placeholders with photographs of the same view, camera height, and lighting whenever possible.

Better questions, better preparation

Not every improvement deserves your time or money.

Keep looks for the work that can change the way the property reads online and in person. Just as important, the assessment helps identify what should wait or be handled by someone else.

  1. 01

What will be most visible in the listing photographs?

  2. 02

What might suggest that care has been deferred?

  3. 03

Which surfaces can improve meaningfully through cleaning?

  4. 04

What needs a specialist instead of exterior care?

  5. 05

What can responsibly wait until after the sale?

From assessment to photo-ready

A clear finish line for the exterior.

Every stage has a purpose, a decision-maker, and a clear next step. That keeps preparation moving without adding more chaos to the sale.

  1. 01

    Walk the property

We review the exterior, your concerns, access, visible condition, and the date the home needs to be ready.

  2. 02

    Prioritize the plan

Recommendations are organized around presentation, practical impact, timing, and responsible care for the home.

  3. 03

    Prepare in order

The approved work is coordinated as one project, with clear communication if weather or site conditions affect the schedule.

  4. 04

    Review the result

We complete a final presentation check and confirm the property is ready for its next listing milestone.

The result that matters

“I want you to remember how friction-free the move felt.”

Questions before the first walkthrough.

Information for agents
How far ahead of photography should I contact Keep?

As early as you reasonably can. More lead time creates more options for assessment, approvals, weather, and coordinated scheduling. If the date is close, share it at intake and Keep will be direct about what is feasible.

Do I need to know which services my home needs?

No. Listing Ready begins with the property and desired outcome. Keep recommends the work that appears worthwhile, explains limitations, and identifies concerns that belong with another qualified trade.

Can my real estate agent coordinate with Keep?

Yes. Keep can coordinate with the owner, the agent, or both. The communication path, approvals, property access, and billing contact are confirmed before work begins.

Does Listing Ready include every exterior service?

Not automatically. It is a property-specific solution, not a fixed checklist. The final scope includes only the approved services recommended for the home, condition, and schedule.

What if cleaning reveals damage or a chronic issue?

Keep communicates visible concerns and may recommend pausing or involving a qualified specialist. Exterior preparation is not an inspection, repair service, or guarantee that underlying conditions will be discovered.
